Once upon a time, there lived three little pigs with their mother in a cozy home. One day, their mother told them it was time to venture out into the world on their own. She gave them some food, hugged them goodbye, and off they went into the world.
The first little pig, feeling excited about his new adventure, encountered a man with straw. “Please, sir, may I have some straw to build my own house?” he asked. The kind man agreed, and soon the first little pig built himself a house of straw.
The second little pig also felt the thrill of independence and met a man with sticks. “Please, sir, may I have some sticks to build my own house?” The man with sticks happily provided, and the second pig constructed his home from the sticks.
The third little pig, eager and determined, came across a man with bricks. “Please, sir, may I have some bricks to build a house of my very own?” he requested. The man with bricks obliged, and the third little pig built a sturdy house of bricks.
Not long after, a big bad wolf discovered the first little pig in his straw house. “Little pig, little pig, let me come in,” he growled. “Not by the hair of my chinny-chin-chin,” replied the first little pig. But the wolf huffed and puffed and blew the straw house down. The first little pig ran as fast as he could to his brother’s stick house for shelter.
The wolf didn’t give up. He found the two pigs in the stick house and demanded entry. Again, the pigs refused, and again, the wolf huffed and puffed and blew the house down. The two little pigs scurried to their brother’s brick house, seeking refuge.
Finally, the wolf arrived at the brick house. Despite his efforts to blow the house down with his huffing and puffing, he couldn’t. Frustrated, the wolf attempted to enter through the chimney, but the clever pigs had a pot of boiling water ready below. The wolf fell into it and ran away, howling in pain.
From that day on, the three little pigs lived happily and safely in the sturdy brick house, knowing that together, they could overcome any challenge. And the big bad wolf? He never bothered them again.
