The Story of the Wheels on the Bus

Written by:

Once upon a sunny morning, three excited children waited at the bus stop, their backpacks bouncing with every jump. The big, cheerful bus rolled up, its wheels humming a merry tune.

“Yay! The bus is here!” the children cheered.

The Bus Driver, with a broad smile, stepped out. “Good morning, kiddos! Ready for a fun ride?”

“Yes!” they shouted together, clambering aboard.

As the bus chugged along, the Bus Driver led a sing-along. “The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round. The wheels on the bus go round and round, all through the town.”

The bus weaved through the town, its wheels spinning like the laughter filling its seats. It stopped here and there, welcoming more passengers with a cheerful “Good morning!”

They journeyed over bumpy roads and splashed through puddles, each bump and splash bringing peals of laughter from the children.

“The wipers on the bus go swish, swish, swish,” sang the Bus Driver as they whisked through a rainy patch, “Swish, swish, swish, all through the town.”

Soon, they arrived at the school, the final stop on their morning adventure. The children, full of stories to tell, thanked the Bus Driver.

“Goodbye, bus driver! Thank you for the ride!” they said, waving.

“Goodbye, my little friends! Have a wonderful day at school,” replied the Bus Driver, waving back.

As the bus rolled away, its wheels still singing their round and round song, the children felt a little brighter, a little happier, ready to take on the day. And so, the Happy Bus continued its journey, spreading cheer all through the town.
